GrandNest Hotel respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you browse our website, make a booking, or contact our team — and how we use it to deliver your stay.

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email, phone number, payment details, and special requests when booking or contacting us. We also collect technical data including device type, browser, and pages visited to improve our website experience.

Your information is used to process reservations, send booking confirmations, provide guest services, respond to enquiries, and — with your consent — share relevant offers. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We retain booking records as required for legal, tax, and operational purposes. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting info@grandnest.com.

02Terms of ServiceRules and conditions for using GrandNest Hotel services and website.

By accessing grandnest.com or completing a booking, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Displayed room rates, time slots, and service prices are subject to change until your reservation is confirmed. Promo codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

You must provide accurate guest information at the time of booking. GrandNest reserves the right to cancel reservations that appear fraudulent or contain materially incorrect details.

Slot-based booking allows you to select preferred time windows for services during your stay. Selected slots are confirmed at checkout and may be adjusted by our concierge team subject to availability.

GrandNest is not liable for indirect losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including travel disruptions, force majeure events, or third-party service failures. Our liability for direct losses is limited to the value of your confirmed booking.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to GrandNest Hotel's place of business. We may update these terms periodically; continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

03Cancellation & RefundsFlexible cancellation windows and refund eligibility for your booking.

GrandNest offers free cancellation up to 48 hours before your scheduled check-in time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in are subject to a charge equal to one night's stay.

No-shows — guests who do not arrive and do not cancel — will be charged the full amount of the original booking. Please contact our front desk if your travel plans change.

Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Modifications to dates, room type, or time slots may be requested through My Bookings or by contacting our concierge team. Changes are subject to availability and any rate difference.

Promotional and non-refundable rates, where clearly marked at booking, may have different cancellation terms. Always review the rate conditions shown during checkout.

04House RulesGuidelines for a comfortable and respectful stay for all guests.

Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.

Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. Designated outdoor smoking areas are marked on the property. A cleaning fee may apply for smoking in non-designated areas.

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be considerate of fellow guests in corridors and shared spaces.

Small pets under 15 lbs are welcome in designated pet-friendly rooms only. A $25 per night pet fee applies. Pets must not be left unattended in rooms.

Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property caused during their stay. GrandNest may charge repair or replacement costs to the payment method on file.

Complimentary self-parking is available for registered guests. Valet parking is offered at $20 per day. Vehicles may not be stored on premises beyond the checkout date without prior arrangement.
